1.2 Port Surry Hills PTD LTD operates as a brick & mortar retail store, allowing you to order products through our website Porters Concierge or in store located at 408 Elizabeth Street Surry Hills NSW 2010.

2. Acceptance of Terms & Conditions

2.1 By accessing and using our Website or placing an order through our Website or Call Centre, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions (including our privacy policy).

4.3.2 Wine prices are per bottle in any (mixed or straight) six (6) bottles unless otherwise stated. Prices include GST but exclude delivery charges unless otherwise stated.

4.10.2 Purchases cannot be returned in store or any other Porters store.
4.10.3 Proof of purchase is required for returns, and products must be in original condition and packaging.
4.10.4 We will collect the product from you at a mutually agreeable time if a return is accepted.
4.10.5 Refunds will be processed within 30 days after a return is agreed upon. Delivery charges will not be refunded unless we are at fault.
4.10.6 Gift cards, vouchers, and promotional codes cannot be returned or refunded.
